Hey Guys! My life is getting back to normal now that my wife is back walking after her foot surgery and I'd like to start us gaming again. There's new stuff out there for Fed Commander and I'd like to see us get into it. Let me know how this works, if you can't make it on this particular Sunday, post a note on which weekend in the following few would be better.
Meeting change! Sorry for the late notice but dummy me noticed this was set for Memorial day weekend and I'm sure a lot of people are out. As well, I have someone coming in that day for a visit. Hopefully this doesn't cause too much havoc with people's schedules.

Changing the date out on this to after Thanksgiving as we didn't really have any sign ups. I need 2-3 people at least to hold this. I might change our location to the gamestore for one weekend to see if more people can make it. Hopefully we'll get more people, wink, wink! I know the holiday season is upon us but I'll continue to schedule meetings on weekends that look clear to try to get games together and keep this in everyone's mind. Games will be short (we ended last week before 4pm) if we don't get many people in attendance. Thanks everyone!

Well since things have been in a lull for most of October (dang Blizzcon!) lets get back into it for November. We should be able to have 2 meetings before Thanksgiving. Play some Fed Com. I haven't picked up Orion attack yet but I'm sure someone has. Lets see if they continue to shine on with their sneaky stealth coating. Meetup at my place. All newcomers are welcome! We try to play fast, fun games showing off everyone cool miniatures. Send me an e-mail if you need help getting here.

This is a change of schedule to the 28th as it seems that the 21st isn't a good day. Please check your schedules to see how this works. This game will be at my house and I expect we'll try another game at Genesis two weeks after that but I won't be available for it as I'll be in SoCal. Another weekend of gaming if people are up for it.

Lets get together and make some plans for the coming months about our games. We have some new faces (hopefully) that can make it so we should try to come up with a schedule. We have plenty of Orions to test out (thanks to Tim at Genesis) so we can continue to have fun with those ships.

Bring all your friends and minis to our demo day. Lets try to get as many people that are interested in playing together at the game store to showcase Federation Commander and all that it is. We can run a few multi-player games (demo derby, hidden santa, etc) so people can come in and join games whenever and get a feel for the game. Bring what stuff you have and make sure to mark it up so you don't get it mixed up with other people's. Lets also try to show off all the awesome paint jobs on the miniatures! I'll be sticking around there all afternoon to keep things running if people want to float in at different times. This is also a good time for newer members to come by and talk about what else you may want to see run (like some old fashioned SFB!)

The weekend of the 10th here is the DragonFlight convention. They are holding a Fed Commander event
http://www.dragonfli ght.org/reg/EventView.asp?ID=212 I'll schedule this meeting to be at my house for those that won't be attending (I doubt I would except maybe to check it out on Saturday). The 24th we'll hold a game at Games and Gizmos. That will be on the calendar as well. PAX is currently scheduled for the 29th-31st so it won't interfere.
